Throughout my career as a lawyer and business adviser, I've sat across from people at some of their most important decision points: career changes, leadership transitions and moments of real uncertainty. I've come to realise that the conversations I find most rewarding aren't the ones where I hand someone an answer. They're the ones where I help them find their own.That's what's drawing me into coaching. I'm currently training as a Leadership & Career Coach while continuing my career in law and business, building a practice shaped by everything I've learned about helping people navigate transitions and make decisions that matter.This site is still taking shape while I complete my qualification.
